In 1951, a father's gift in honor of his son helped build the Bezazian Branch Library in Chicago. Today, Bezazian is one of the top ten
busiest in the Chicago Public Library's 81 branch system.
Our goal is to help keep it that way.

Got books to donate? Book collection begins August 8!
Make some space on your bookshelves! Starting Saturday, August 8, you can swing by the library and drop off the books, CDs, and DVDs you've loved and no longer need: music, movies, spoken word, children's books, young adult, all kinds of fiction and nonfiction, those coffee table beauties—all are welcome. For more details on donations, tax receipts, and what we can't accept (1950 textbooks, we're looking at you), click here.
Help us make the 2026 sale our biggest yet! And please, don't leave those precious books outside—bring them into the library. Thanks!
